In the last 6 years\, she has worked with founding teams in over 500 startups and scaleups\, making sure that customer requirements are embedded in offer design to create more desirable offers. \nAs a specialist in Value Proposition Design\, she is the coach for this subject at some of the UK’s leading accelerators such as those run by Warwick Innovation District\, Digital Catapult\, and Plexal. She also supports University accelerators such as the University Edinburgh (AI\, Venture Builders and Fellows programmes)\, and the Healthcare Technologies Capabilities Connector HTCC run by the University of Hertfordshire\, Imperial College and Cranfield.
