DESCRIPTION:About Farshad:\nFarshad  Nowshadi is a highly experienced VC\, Finance and Technology professional with over 30 years of practical knowledge. \nHe loves helping and advising any Level39 Startups on improving their strategy and finding the right investments via VC and seed funds. Notable start-ups like WISE (formerly Transfer) and Revolut\, through Level39\, where he has been one of the original VC/Mentors. \nFarshad recently ran a very successful AI Agents/Web3/DeFi event at Level39\, with Guests from his friends at Google Cloud/Web3 and a few of the great VCs and Startups. \nFarshad was a Global Financial consultant for Reuters Financial Services for 25 years and an original pre-IPO investor in Google and Amazon. He holds the VP (Technological Strategy)-Non-Exec position and is a significant investor in one of the largest Banks and Neo-Banks in the Middle East. He helped establish Blu Mobile Bank\, which is now the largest in the Middle East and has the 5th Largest user base in the world with 14 million customers. \nHe has provided financial services to global banks such as; Deutsche Bank \, Barclays\, Stockbrokers\, Microsoft HQ in Redmond\, USA. He is a regular judge at the prestigious Annual PayTech Awards. Farshad was also an advisor to Coinbase on Crypto. \nHe is also the author of several internationally sold books on technology in the financial world and an international speaker on technology and finance. Farshad recently spoke on “The Future Banking/Payments and Web3/DeFi” at the GITEX and Seamless conference and is also an Adviser to St Andrew’s Business School.
