DESCRIPTION:About Nick: \n\n\n\n\n\nNick Pedersen is an accomplished senior fintech leader\, currently Global Head of Digital at NatWest’s investment bank.  He leads distribution\, relationship management\, and product delivery of digital solutions across the FX\, Fixed Income and DCM businesses.  With almost two decades of experience in financial markets\, Nick leads teams and projects focussed on applying emerging technology to financial products.  His holds extensive experience in FX\, derivatives\, lending and payments\, and at NatWest he is also responsible for digital asset and generative AI rollouts across the entire product suite both internally and externally. \n\n\n\n\n\nPrior to joining NatWest in 2018\, Nick worked at Citi in FX sales & trading and then served as Managing Director of the payments division at the fintech firm Equiniti.  Nick holds a first-class BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol and an MBA with distinction from the University of Oxford.  Nick’s regularly supports\, mentors and invests in fintech ventures and is ideally positioned to guide fintech startups in a range of areas including product development\, go to market\, bank partnerships and innovations\, AI deployment and tokenisation initiatives. \n  \nAbout Mentor Hours: \nMentorHours are exclusively for Level39 members.
