With a quarter-century dedicated to advancing the digital payments landscape, Andrew Doukanaris stands as a trailblazer in the industry. His global journey has spanned major hubs like London, New York, Singapore, and San Francisco, contributing to the evolution of digital payments. Andrew’s wealth of experience and distinctive skill set make him a valuable asset to the Level39 Mentors Program.

Andrew led the payments teams at Chevron/Texaco/Caltex globally. His leadership played a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing the digital payments transformation across the extensive global retail network and loyal customer base of these energy giants.

In 2014, Andrew established Flotta Consulting, a bespoke consultancy focusing on the burgeoning FinTech sector. His team has been engaged by global payment and retailing organisations, providing strategic insights, and solutions to a diverse range of start-ups, scale-ups, and established players. Andrew’s involvement in the Level39 Mentoring Program has included roles as a Board Advisor, Business Director, Chair of the Board, and CEO of four Level39 companies.

Beyond consulting, Andrew actively contributes to the industry by moderating and participating in various payment and FinTech panels. Known for his realistic, honest, and easily understandable strategic approach, Andrew brings a holistic perspective to digital payments, loyalty, leadership, and diversity.
