About Katja:

Katja is FinTech Manager at EY, focused on startup and scaleup growth.

At EY, she runs the EY FinTech growth programme, a 6-weeks dedicated free course to provide FinTech startups with the right resources, tools and connections to scale and grow.  She’s built her entire career around supporting early-stage companies focusing on scaling.

This includes;

• Operational strategy
• Building successful teams
• Forming partnerships
• Fundraising

Prior to EY, Katja ran the Tech Nation Fintech programme.

Outside of her day job, Katja is also an Advisor to early-stage FinTech businesses which she advises on strategy, market entry and growth. With her experience of supporting over 150 FinTech startups and scaleups, Katja knows the ecosystem throughout and looks forward to supporting companies in navigating it.  Additionally, Katja is passionate about creating inclusive environments and communities and frequently speaks publicly about navigating the FinTech ecosystem and sector trends.
