About Vishal & Hesham:

Vishal Rickhi assists with business and personal immigration applications, aiding with applications in the Global Talent (Tech Nation), Skilled Worker, Appendix FM and nationality categories. Vishal has worked in Immigration since 2018, firstly assisting with the appointment side of the immigration process. He received his Bachelor of Laws in 2015 from the University of London, his LPC with commendation in 2017 and was called to the bar in his native Trinidad and Tobago in 2018.Vishal has a breadth of experience with appointments at the Home Office, Sopra Steria UKVCAS centre and the OVRO; making sure clients’ appointments run smoothly and are stress-free. Vishal qualified as a solicitor with Helen Smith Immigration Limited in November 2023.

Hesham Shoeb has over 10 years’ experience as a UK immigration lawyer, advising companies, schools and private individuals. Hesham qualified as a Barrister before converting to a Solicitor. Hesham specialises in Global Talent visas in digital technology, assisting business professionals and technology experts with applications for endorsement by Tech Nation. He advises companies on applications to sponsor Skilled Workers, and assists with all other work and family visas to the UK. He has written for Lexis Nexis and is a member of the Immigration Lawyers Practitioners Association.
