Mei has particular experience in advising startups/scale-ups, founders, and investors on equity raises throughout the investment process, including structuring funding rounds, drafting and negotiating investment documents, conducting due diligence, and addressing regulatory compliance.
• Krystina is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Finance team. Krystina’s experience includes investment, private mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and corporate restructuring. She has advised a range of clients, from start-ups to large international companies.
