Throughout her career, she has mastered the complexities of payment ecosystems and the critical intersection of technology and business needs, with expertise spanning the entire payments value chain – from traditional card schemes to emerging payment rails and open banking infrastructures.

Trained as a consultant at Capco, Lana has honed her skills in providing insightful solutions to complex challenges. Currently, as a Founding Partner of epta-x, Lana serves as an independent advisor, NED and Fractional COO for FinTech ventures as well as large organisations, showcasing her commitment to shaping the future of FinTech by supporting and empowering new talent entering the Fintech industry.
