What kinds of events do you host?
Our venues have been hired for several different types of tech-related events such as conferences, networking sessions, round tables, product launch events, seminars, and more.
Can I hire the venue all day?
The short answer: yes. The long answer: you can but it depends which venue you’d like to hire, for example, Space39 is only available after 5pm. For the venues that are available all day, we also recommend booking your event far enough in advance so we can guarantee availability.
Where are your venues located in London?
All our venues for hire are located in Canary Wharf in the iconic One Canada Square building (E14 5AB). Because of this they are central, easily accessible via the Canary Wharf tube station on the Jubilee line, DLR or Elizabeth line and they offer your guests beautiful London city views.
Are your venues wheelchair accessible?
Yes. At Level39, we are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive and accessible experience for all visitors, members, and event attendees. Located in One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, our facilities feature step-free access, assistive technology, and dedicated support to provide a seamless visit. The building complies with all fire safety and accessibility regulations.
We also have 21 accessible parking spaces in the One Canada Square parking lot, accessible toilets and lifts. If arranged beforehand a free loan wheelchair service is available at Canary Wharf with a meet and greet service.
Is there safe parking at our venues?
The One Canada Square building has an underground parking lot with its entrance on Montgomery Street (use E14 5EW for sat nav). The cost to park here starts at £5.00 for up to two hours.
What’s included in your venue hire?
Depending on the venue you choose and your requirements, we can provide seating, registrations desks and dedicated on-site support. Catering, bar service, and AV are also available at an additional cost.
