About Cameron:

Cameron is passionate about bringing plans into reality: scaling up; deploying strategy; and transforming operations.  He is a business consultant with over twenty years’ experience working with over sixty clients in Financial Services, Health, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.  He has senior skills in operations, transformation and automation.

Cameron’s “recipe” has three ingredients:

1. 1. Innovation: Design thinking is at the heart of Cameron’s approach to improving business process, technology, and organisational design.
   2. Lean:  Cameron was coached by “sensei” at Nissan and has continued to learn and apply lean thinking in all that he does, in both his personal and professional life.
   3. People: Cameron listens! He engages and transforms teams when they are hesitant or sceptical to change.  He has trained and coached over 3500 people.

He us currently working with a healthcare start-up, readying them to transform using virtual monitoring technologies.
