About Chris:

Chris is a founder, coach and advisor. He cofounded his own AI start-up, Yellow Dot, that digitises coaching to make it accessible. Chris is also an advisor to Bain & Company as well as high growth fintech, Hyperlayer. Chris has 20 years of leadership and financial services experience, that combines business strategy and innovation across retail & commercial banking.  

His experiences have crafted a different perspective on addressing customer opportunities as well as devising practical strategies, building successful teams and cultures, and balancing purpose with commercial ambition. Prior, Chris was the Global Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff for Commercial Banking. Chris is keen to pay forward the support and guidance he has received.  He believes in levelling the playing field for smaller businesses and mentorship is one avenue he pursues.
