About Jana:

​Jana Straiton is the founder of Renegade, a strategic branding and marketing agency helping growing tech companies turn brand and marketing into engines for growth. Renegade works with marketing leaders, founders and growth teams from Seed to Series C across four core areas: brand transformation, website conversion, content to pipeline and growth advisory.

​Before founding Renegade, Jana held senior marketing roles at PayPal and Adobe, working across technology, payments, DX and international growth. Today, she acts as a strategic partner to leadership teams, helping them solve complex brand and marketing challenges, sharpen commercial priorities and build stronger foundations for scale.
