About Raghav:

​Raghav Wahi is a senior technology, AI and business transformation leader with over 20 years’ global experience helping global organisations deliver complex digital and operational change. He has worked across some of the world’s leading financial institutions, partnering with C-suite executives to modernise technology, improve operating models and deliver measurable business outcomes in highly regulated environments.

​Most recently at Computershare, Raghav led strategic transformation initiatives spanning digital customer experience, technology modernisation, AI adoption and global delivery. Working closely with the Group COO and senior technology leaders, he helped shape the organisation’s phased AI strategy and enterprise adoption roadmap, while driving AI-enabled improvements across software engineering through Microsoft 365 Copilot. He also led strategic technology partner selection, commercial negotiations and large-scale global delivery transformation.

​Previously, Raghav held senior transformation leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Metro Bank, delivering programmes across Anti-Financial Crime, Cyber Security, Operational Resilience and enterprise technology. At HSBC, he served as Chief of Staff to the Global CIO for Retail Banking & Wealth Management Technology, supporting governance and delivery across a technology portfolio exceeding £1 billion and helping establish a global Digital Change capability across 65 markets. Earlier in his career at Lloyds Banking Group, he led delivery, governance and operations across major enterprise technology investment programmes.

​Raghav is passionate about helping founders translate innovative technology into commercial value. He mentors startups on AI, enterprise technology, scaling delivery organisations, operating model design, strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, governance and navigating the complexities of selling into large enterprises particularly within Financial Services.

​He is keen to work with ambitious founders who are solving meaningful business problems and helping them accelerate growth through practical, commercially focused advice and executive leadership experience.

​Raghav embarked on his professional journey by teaching computers and accounting. His passion for software development led him to excel in roles involving Oracle PL/SQL coding. Building on his expertise, he assumed technical delivery and project management roles at Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS) and Churchill Insurance.

​Raghav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and lives in South-East London, with his wife and a daughter.
