Rolf has over a decade of experience in reputation management, public affairs, and strategic communications.

At Audley, Rolf devises and executes engagement campaigns for CEOs and senior leaders at businesses large and small, helping them to achieve their personal and commercial goals.

Prior to joining Audley, Rolf was previously Head of Public Affairs at Innovate Finance, the UK industry body for financial innovation, where he worked closely with some of the world’s leading fintech companies to make Britain the best environment for founding and scaling a fintech business. His work focused on advocating for greater political support for British fintech companies, increasing recognition of the sector’s strategic importance for the UK, and securing positive regulatory change to foster a more innovative financial services industry.

Earlier in his career, he worked at large public relations consultancies, where he specialised in advising global brands on crisis and issues management. He delivered training sessions on crisis communications to senior teams across Europe, the Americas and in Asia.

Rolf can advise on:

  • You and your senior team’s personal communications effectiveness – how to make the most of opportunities to present you and your company’s work, mission and vision to the people that matter most, be it customers, employees, investors, the regulators, partners or the media.
  • Your business’ narrative and positioning – how to craft a unique, eye-catching story about who you are and what you do, and how to answer the question “what problem can only your business solve, and how is it solving it?”
  • Your digital and content strategy – how to make the most effective use of owned channels including LinkedIn, website and blogs, and how to craft creative, authentic content that engages your audience, shifts opinions, and provokes action.
  • Your company’s culture as it grows and scales – how to establish a distinct company culture as you expand, put the right structures in place, and identify and develop the leadership qualities you and future leaders in your business need now and as you scale.
