This interactive session introduces the Eight Key Pillars on how to navigate and address the main challenges for growing startups; from product development, to funding and sales and then ultimately into new territories.
Andy will cover his 7 top tips to improve the control, management and predictability of your sales efforts. His sales methodology is Business Alignment Selling, and will give you an insight into:

  • Refining your marketing effectiveness
  • Advancing your investor pitches

About Andy
Andy Honess is a seed investor and advisor to the software industry. He sits on five boards and is Chairman to two of his portfolio companies.
In his 33 year career, he has held UK and international senior Sales and Managing Director positions in the enterprise software space, including IBM and Siebel Systems and helped take QLIK from startup to a NASDAQ IPO for $749m in 2010.

He specialises in guiding tech start-ups to high-speed growth and is a mentor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence for over ten incubation and accelerator programs across the UK, France and the US. He reviews and mentors over 200 companies a year, and recently won mentor of the year on the Accenture London FinTech Innovation Lab for the 12th year.
