House Rules and Code of Conduct
Level39 is committed to providing a welcoming, productive and inclusive environment for everyone visiting and working at Level39. To support this, we ask that all members and visitors observe the following House Rules and Code of Conduct.
RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM
Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect, courtesy and professionalism.
Engage in thoughtful and constructive dialogue – disagree respectfully and assume good intent.
Embrace diversity of background, thought and identity.
Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.
ETHICS & INTEGRITY
Operate with honesty and transparency in business dealings and interpersonal exchanges.
Avoid conflicts of interest or disclose them when relevant.
CONFIDENCE & DISCRETION
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members at Level39.
Do not record, photograph, or quote other members without their explicit consent.
COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION
Foster an inclusive and generous culture – share ideas, offer support, and contribute positively to others’ work and growth.
Mentor, when possible, learn continuously and celebrate the success of others.
MEETING ROOMS
Meeting rooms should be booked in advance via the Level39 member portal.
Use of bookable rooms without a prior reservation will be recorded and charged to the members’ account.
Respect booking times and vacate rooms promptly, leaving them clean and tidy.
Cancel bookings at least 24 hours in advance, whenever possible.
VISITORS
Visitors must be accompanied by their Level39 host and may only access Space39 or booked meeting rooms.
For meetings or events hosted out-of-hours (evenings and weekends) with more than 10 visitors, please notify a member of Team39 in advance.
COMMUNAL SPACES
Reception seating is reserved for visitors awaiting their host. Kindly refrain from using this space for meetings or extended work.
The South Hot Desk area is a quiet zone – avoid phone calls and conversations.
The North and South Hot Desk areas are reserved for permanent passholders with an active hot desk membership.
We operate a clear desk policy – please remove all items from hot desks, including monitors, at the end of each day as a courtesy to others.
Monitors may be stored overnight in the designated monitor store.
Use shared spaces responsibly and maintain appropriate noise levels.
All furniture, equipment, and shared items such as crockery must be treated with care and respect. Please avoid misuse or damage and return any items after use.
EVENTS & INTERACTIONS
Attend events with an open mind and a collaborative spirit.
Alcohol, if served, should be consumed responsibly.
Please refrain from unsolicited pitching or aggressive business promotions.
Event guests must remain in designated common areas and may not enter member areas or private office spaces without invitation.
Please do not to enter or access events marked as “Private Events”, unless a formal invitation has been received.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Do not share access passes with unauthorised individuals.
Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to Level39 management.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including emergency procedures.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including communal areas and private offices.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Address conflicts calmly and respectfully.
Report any urgent issues to Level39 Management – all reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially:
