Shervin Mashayekh has been a Senior Product Manager for more than 14 years in FinTech, SaaS, AI platforms, and data products. He specialises in launching scalable products, improving international customer experiences, and building the systems that sustain growth.

Over these years, Shervin has helped founders turn early concepts into measurable traction, delivering results such as a US$43m incremental uplift, 23% YoY growth, and improvements across acquisition, retention, and CSAT.He works at the intersection of service design and analytics, helping founders clarify their value, shape investor-ready narratives, and build the systems that support growth.
