About Claire:
Claire Zhuang has a background in Capital Markets and Strategy and currently works on Visa’s Global Strategy team, where she develops growth strategies for Visa Direct — Visa’s money movement business spanning B2B, P2P, B2C, and cross-border payments.
Before joining Visa, Claire was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients across industries on growth and value creation. Prior to that, she spent over nine years at Morgan Stanley in various Capital Markets roles.
She specializes in Payments and Capital Markets and is particularly interested in connecting with founders in these sectors — especially those seeking practical advice on market analysis, segmentation, competitive positioning, customer needs, and growth strategy.
