​About Dilhani:

​Dilhani Palehepitiya is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience scaling partnerships and driving digital transformation across global enterprises. As EMEA/APJ Global Financial Services Partner Sales Leader for Global Systems Integrators at Amazon Web Services (AWS), she has transformed partner ecosystems, growing GSI engagement from 34% to 78%+ and delivering $280M+ ARR growth through strategic cloud and AI/ML initiatives.

​ Dilhani is passionate about mentoring startups on partnership strategy, go-to-market planning, and navigating the complexities of scaling in enterprise markets. Her expertise spans from 0-1 startup building—where she established the partnership function at Digital Reasoning (an AI/ML startup, now acquired), creating first-of-kind co-selling models with Google Cloud, NASDAQ and PwC—to driving billion-dollar initiatives with 16 major consulting firms includingAccenture, Deloitte, TCS, and HCLTech. Notable clients she has influenced includeBarclays, NatWest, AXA, Allianz, Standard Chartered, HSBC, NAB and Macquarie.

​Before AWS, Dilhani spent 19 years at Oracle Corporation in progressive leadership roles, where she launched the company’s first regional Big Data GTM strategy, exceeded revenue targets by 150%+, and won multiple excellence awards. She served on the Oracle Women’s Leadership UK steering board, championing diversity in technology.

​ Beyond her corporate achievements, Dilhani led a Tsunami relief project in Sri Lanka and established an IT education center. She is also a semi-professional Sri Lankan dance trainer, preserving a 2000-year-old cultural tradition in London.

​ Dilhani holds an MSc in Operational Research and Management Science from Warwick Business School and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hull University. She is an AWS certified speaker.
