About Monia:
I’m Monia, a fintech/SaaS strategist and mentor who loves working with founders to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses.
Over the past decade I’ve helped teams build cross-border solutions, navigate tricky regulations like FCA handbook and applications, raise funding, and refine their go-to-market strategies. My career has taken me from working with big institutions like the European Commission and the London Stock Exchange to supporting high-growth startups and even engaging with regulators, which means I understand how to bridge innovation with compliance at a speed and with stability.
Through my international GTM consultancy I support more founders scaling to and from London. In practical terms, this means helping startups:
