News and Insight - Innovation Norway’s Tech Executive Accelerator Returns to Level39 for Its 12th Consecutive Year
Level39 welcomes Innovation Norway’s Tech Executive Accelerator (TEA) for its twelfth year, bringing nine pioneering Norwegian scaleups to London to accelerate global growth and collaboration across innovation sectors.
We’re delighted to welcome Innovation Norway’s Tech Executive Accelerator (TEA) Programme back to Level39 for the twelfth consecutive year.
Since its launch in 2013, TEA has supported ambitious Norwegian scaleups and C-level leaders looking to expand globally, and we’re proud to be hosting the latest cohort for the next three months.
As Norway’s official government agency for innovation, business development and economic growth, Innovation Norway has long been a close partner of Level39. By connecting ambitious entrepreneurs with international networks and industry expertise, they play a pivotal role in helping businesses start, grow, and succeed, both in Norway and on the global stage.
About the Tech Executive Accelerator (TEA)
TEA is a growth platform built for leadership teams shaping category-defining companies, often powered by breakthrough technologies such as AI. Over a 16-week programme, participants gain:

EPTTAS provides specialized technical and engineering services across industries, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
Hardware-agnostic energy control: Evert unifies devices, cuts bills, and connects homes into the grid of the future.
Rayvn offers a cloud-based platform for critical event and crisis management, helping organizations prepare for, respond to, and coordinate efficiently during emergencies.
Smart Ocean AS is an impact driven technology company on a mission of solving major ocean challenges – with new smart products and digital solutions.
Spectrum Blue develops quantum-based antimicrobial coatings for healthcare, maritime, and space applications, creating non-toxic, long-lasting surfaces that target bacteria, viruses, fungi, and algae to prevent infections.
Kicking Off the 2025 TEA Season
This year’s programme began with a hands-on storytelling workshop led by trusted mentor and communications consultant Rob Shimmin. The session helped participants craft compelling narratives to communicate their vision and value with confidence. As Rob explains: “Stories stop you presenting and start you talking.”
