MONDAY 20 APRIL

The FCA International FinTech Forum

The FCA International FinTech Forum convenes fintechs, technology firms, investors, and ecosystem partners from across the globe to explore how regulation, innovation, and growth come together to support a competitive UK market.

Created for organisations entering or scaling within the UK, the Forum provides direct access to senior FCA representatives alongside practical insight into navigating the regulatory environment.

Attendees will hear from government and FCA leaders, connect with innovation and authorisation teams, and build relationships with high-growth companies and key partners across the sector.

Swedish Chamber of Commerce: Ecosystem Exchange – Fintech 2026

11:30 – 19:30 | HSBC Innovation Banking, London
The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK (SCC) represents more than 470 companies across the Swedish‑British business community. Its mission centres on strengthening commercial ties, supporting Swedish businesses entering the UK, and deepening economic collaboration.

Ecosystem Exchange: Fintech 2026 brings together a cohort of Swedish scaleups for a day of market-entry preparation, regulatory insight, and curated introductions. Delivered as part of SCC’s Pioneer the Possible initiative, the programme connects innovative solutions with global financial challenges.

Participants gain practical guidance across UK regulation, go-to-market strategy, and first-hand insight from Swedish companies already scaling in Britain.

Amy French, Director at Level39, will sit on a panel alongside London & Partners to explore the capital’s ecosystem and the support available to Swedish businesses establishing a presence in London.

London Meets Berlin: Fintech Networking Evening

17:00 – 20:00 | Level39
Level39 welcomes House of Finance & Tech Berlin (HoFT), Europe’s Financial Wellbeing Ecosystem. HoFT acts as a neutral connector across fintechs, banks, investors, regulators, and policymakers.

With more than 189 fintechs operating in Berlin, many focused on financial wellbeing, SME finance, and inclusive credit, the city has emerged as Germany’s centre for digital finance.

On 20th April, HoFT brings a delegation of 10 UK-ready fintechs to London for curated introductions with investors, banking leaders, and ecosystem partners. The evening opens with remarks from HoFT CEO Sebastian Schäfer and Berlin Senator Franziska Giffey.

Innovate Finance Global Summit (IFGS)

Guildhall, London
Organised by Innovate Finance, the UK’s independent industry body for fintech, IFGS stands as the flagship gathering of UK FinTech Week. The organisation represents the full breadth of the ecosystem, from early-stage ventures to global banks, investors, technology firms, and regulators.
