As 2025 ended, Level39 members were finishing the year with real momentum. December brought global recognition, major funding announcements, international partnerships and thoughtful industry conversations – a snapshot of the ambition and pace across our community as companies closed out the year and set their sights on what comes next.

Recognition, Rankings and Industry Awards

Several Level39 members ended 2025 with standout recognition on a global stage.

eToro made waves in the podcast world, with Loud Investing climbing into the Top 3 of the Apple Podcasts Business category – a strong signal of its growing influence in conversations around investing and markets.

FinregE was named in the RegTech 100 for 2026, recognising the AI-native platform as one of the most innovative regulatory technology companies to watch. The accolade follows a year of significant progress, with FinregE’s technology enabling organisations to move from fragmented compliance to an always-on, auditable and automated regulatory model.

Intellibonds, powered by IBT Technologies, took home Risk Management Provider of the Year at the Insurance Investor North American Awards 2025 in New York. The award highlights Intellibonds’ impact in helping institutional investors protect assets and manage risk across public and private debt portfolios using advanced AI-driven solutions.

Fuse Energy also closed the year with industry recognition, being named one of Sifted’s Europe’s Future 50, spotlighting companies shaping the future of energy innovation across the continent.

Mindgard rounded out the year with a feature in Truth in IT, highlighting what sets its AI security solution apart and the real-world impact it’s delivering as organisations look to secure AI systems with greater confidence.

Funding, Growth and Strategic Milestones

December also marked key moments of scale and acceleration for Level39 members.

Fuse Energy announced a $70M Series B raise, led by Lowercarbon Capital and Balderton, valuing the company at $5B. The funding will support global expansion in 2026, from scaling energy grids and launching new supply operations to developing renewable projects and rolling out intelligent home energy systems.

Velexa reached a significant strategic milestone with its full integration into EXANTE, a leading global prime broker. The move strengthens Velexa’s ability to accelerate product innovation, enhance customer support and broaden the reach of its B2B investing technology as it enters the next phase of growth.

Partnerships, Events and Thought Leadership

Collaboration and knowledge-sharing continued right through to the end of the year.

D2 Legal Technology hosted the Smart Legal Opinions Symposium: From Memo to Machine at Level39, bringing together industry leaders for a day of focused, forward-thinking discussion. Sessions explored how legal opinions are evolving, new ways to capture legal reasoning in machine-readable formats, and the role of data standards, automation and AI in building more resilient global markets.

pinpoynt.ai, part of the Yellow Sub AI Group, marked a major international milestone in December with the signing of an MOU with SBS Transit Ltd in Singapore. The collaboration will see the co-creation of an AI-powered solution to enhance safety and security across MRT stations, while also signalling pinpoynt.ai’s continued expansion across Southeast Asia and the rollout of next-generation products across commerce and finance.
