About Caroline:

Caroline Terry is an experienced non-executive director and chair in publicly listed and private financial services organisations and the charity sector. She is a capable senior executive within the financial services sector, and succeeded in a complex, global, matrix organisation. Caroline built a market leading business with a successful track record of strategically identifying, winning, and growing targeted global clients across global cash and derivatives markets, partnering at all levels to C-suite/partner/founder.

She provides advice to entrepreneurs to help aid development, execute strategy and grow businesses. As a former Managing Director of  Bank of America ( ex-Merrill Lynch International), and Head of Professional Trading Services Group, Caroline has proven her ability to establish, lead & successfully execute strategy. This strategy helps to build an EMEA wide market leading business.
