Chris Gardner is founder and CEO of Ninety Two Ventures, a commercial advisory firm supporting consumer-focused technology businesses – predominantly in financial services – to grow and scale. He launched the business in September 2024 to provide ‘hands-on’, senior industry experience to founders with ambitious growth objectives.

He has spent the past 20 years starting, growing and leading digital businesses within large financial services companies, while advising early-stage technology companies.

For the last 13 years Chris held senior commercial leadership roles at Barclays, both in UK consumer banking and wealth management, as well as similar level roles across the bank’s innovation platforms.

Earlier in Chris’s career he spent nine years with Accenture’s strategy and technology consulting practice in London, New York and the Middle East, working with global banks and early-stage fintech’s.
