About Andres:

Andres is a results-driven executive with nearly two decades of experience in banking and technology. His expertise spans debt capital markets, syndicated loans, and private credit, where he has helped businesses grow and managed financial and operational risks.

Throughout his career he had the privilege of leading cross-border, cross-functional teams and contributing to the growth of two early-stage companies in issuer services and credit portfolio administration, both with a strong fintech focus. Andres is passionate about financial services, technology, and driving growth, particularly in fintech and sustainable finance.

He holds an MBA from London Business School, a Management of Technology degree from UC Berkeley, and both a BSc/MSc in Telecommunication Engineering and an MSc in Cybersecurity Management from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV, Spain) and Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (AUB, Spain), respectively.

Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French therefore truly multicultural and thriving in international environments; excited to share his experience and insights with start-ups, especially in helping them navigate the complexities of scaling their businesses.

Outside of work and mentoring, Andres enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as staying active through exercise and long walks in nature, which keep him grounded and energised.
