About Robert:

Across a 30 year career, Robert Fillmore has been founder and CEO of three tech start-ups, and in roles of VP/SVP of Europe and Global Sales, has set up and scaled the international operations of 12 growth-stage tech businesses across fintech, telecoms, AI and social media. His success in these businesses has led to the growth of some of these to over 110 employees and revenues of $40m, with exits to leading tech giants including IBM and Oracle.

In 2013 Robert created Meta-Morphix, a business consultancy focused on helping growth-stage tech businesses scale internationally, securing customers for them across all major international markets. The key sector focus is on technologies for financial services and enterprise AI. Meta-Morphix connects tech businesses with the potential clients and partners they need, to ensure their market position. Shortening the time to market, at reduced investment and risk, delivering profitable, long-term commercial relationships with customers, partners and government trade departments.
