A registered Psychotherapist (MBACP) and Counselling Psychologist (HCPC), she helps leaders uncover the hidden team dynamics that influence decision-making, innovation, and long-term success.

She has worked with startups in the mental health and well-being space, helping founders navigate the psychological pressures of scaling a business while maintaining a strong, resilient leadership approach. She has also partnered with tech giants to support the mental health and well-being of their leaders, enhancing leadership effectiveness and preventing burnout in high-pressure environments.

At Synthosys, Dr Pozzali co-develops leadership programmes that blend psychological insight with business strategy, equipping founders and executives with the tools to better understand misalignment in their teams and transform friction into sustainable growth.
