With a background in senior finance roles, including CFO and COO positions, he is also recognised for pioneering work in cognitive healthcare, receiving awards such as the Swiss Tell Award and Entrepreneur of the Year (Michigan).

Tey Bannerman
An innovator who speaks the languages of technology, design and business, Tey has spent over two decades helping organisations launch and scale transformative products and services. His career journey spans startups, creative agencies, and enterprises – and he now serves as Chief Product Officer at Planda, where he focuses on driving innovation and AI transformation at scale. His work helps organisations navigate the intersection of innovation, user needs, and responsible technology deployment.

Casper Arboll

Casper Arboll is the CEO and Founder of Quotoro who is passionate about empowering others and has been recognised for challenging traditional business norms.
