After a successful Series B funding round, Apron has raised $30 million, which they plan to use to simplify the payment process for more people. This fantastic achievement will lead to the success of more companies by, as their slogan rightly states, helping more businesses make it.
So, what do Apron plan on using this money for? As of 2025, Apron aim to expand their product and engineering teams, for exciting and significant additions in the year to come. They are also planning to introduce a new product, aimed at larger suppliers, to aid them with faster payments. Apron also plans to introduce a new expenses management product, which will help business owners save even more time. Last funding round helped Apron with the launch of Apron Pay and Apron Capture, so with the funding raised this year, they plan to continue to develop and improve both.
Who are the investors? This round of investment was led by Zinal Growth, founder of Checkout.com. Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Visionaries Club participated in the round, alongside the inventor of the iPod, Tony Fadell.
