About Max:
Max is a seasoned sales leader with 20+ years’ experience driving revenue growth in early-stage and growth-stage SaaS companies. Currently serving as Director of Sales, KY3P (S&P Global Inc.), he specializes in zero-to-one execution, having launched EMEA sales territories from scratch and scaled them to $10M+ ARR in under three years. His expertise spans the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal negotiation and closure.
Prior to his current role, Max held leadership positions at TrueFort and CyberGRX, where he built repeatable sales processes, forged strategic alliances with major tech partners, and consistently exceeded revenue targets. His ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams has been a hallmark of his career, evidenced by his innovative training programs and MVP awards for sales performance.
Max advises startups and scale-ups on GTM strategy, pipeline generation, and sales team building, with a focus on SaaS metrics and churn reduction. He holds an MBA in Finance & Business Law from the University of Miami and is proficient in Spanish and Italian. Passionate about nurturing talent, he actively mentors junior sales professionals and contributes to cross-functional team development.
